     • Brand-new AV System, featuring an 85-inch smart flat-screen TV with Apple AirPlay & rich sound throughout both levels

     • Onsite full-length Magic Mirror photo booth with unlimited full-size prints.

     • Gated patio with fire pit,  outdoor seating & heaters, extending the gathering outdoors in a cozy, connected way

     • Fully remodeled kitchen availible (Stove, Sink, Freezer, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer (2) full bathrooms, one on each level.

     • One covered parking space just steps from the back door, ideal for effortless loading, unloading, or a guest of honor
